1. MUST NOT be planted on Acreage that produced GMO (genetically modified organism) Corn as the previous crop. 
2. Identity Preserved (IP) #1 Yellow Hard Endosperm PHCF (Post Harvest Chemical Free) Non-Gmo Corn to meet the following specifications: 

 a)  58.0 LB Minimum Test Weight 

 b)  15.0% Maximum Moisture 

 c)  3.0% Maximum Damage 

 d)  2.0% Maximum Foreign Material 

 e)  20.0% Maximum Stress Cracks

Other Applicable Terms:
  Participating growers will sign an ADM/Growmark Non-Gmo Hard Endosperm Corn Affidavit and PHCF Checklist.  If the grower uses an independent trucking company to deliver to ADM/Growmark, the grower will be required to certify that the mode of transportation was cleaned prior to transporting the Non-Gmo Hard Endosperm Corn.  Samples of all Non-Gmo Hard Endosperm corn will be held by ADM/Growmark.  Please refer to the purchase agreement for the complete terms and conditions.
